About The Position
The Hunter Company is seeking an experienced, innovative sewing machine operator to help its manufacturing plant keep up with incoming orders. The role involves producing quality leather products efficiently and on time for customers. Teamwork is essential, including collaboration with other department members, project managers, and coworkers. Previous assembly experience and experience in a fast-paced production environment are required. Leather experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Sew and assemble leather products.
- Edge and burnish leather products.
- Stamp leather products.
- Assist the Packaging Labeling Department.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including a spray gun, airbrush equipment, and industrial-size sewing machines.
- Create quality work in a timely manner to deliver products to customers.
- Collaborate with department members, project managers, and coworkers.
