About The Position

We are seeking experienced Sewing Machine Operators to join the production team in Romeoville, Illinois. This role involves operating commercial sewing equipment and producing high-quality textile products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. It is a second-shift position. Experience with Juki sewing machines and Barudan embroidery machines is preferred; candidates with related experience in upholstery, custom textiles, embroidery, or garment manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Previous industrial sewing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work with various fabrics and materials.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating Juki sewing machines.
• Experience operating Barudan embroidery machines.
• Related experience in upholstery, custom textiles, embroidery, or garment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, or alter textile products.
• Sew a variety of fabrics while maintaining quality and production standards.
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures.
