About The Position

We are hiring a dependable Sewing Machine Operator to operate an industrial or commercial sewing machine and complete assigned projects. The ideal candidate has sewing machine experience and can produce quality work with accuracy and attention to detail. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. The starting pay is $13.00 per hour. The first-shift schedule is 6:15 AM–5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a sewing machine is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial or commercial sewing machine to complete assigned projects.
• Sew materials and components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
• Notify a supervisor of equipment issues or quality concerns.
