The Maintenance Technician performs daily maintenance activities that support safe, efficient, and reliable production operations through troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvements. This position is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of production equipment and facility systems, including grinding, forming, freezing, packaging, conveying, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment. This position plays a key role in minimizing equipment downtime by diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, completing preventive maintenance, accurately documenting work within the CMMS system, and following established maintenance and safety procedures. Depending on experience and skill level, technicians may perform increasingly complex troubleshooting involving motors, industrial electrical systems, VFDs, PLCs, controls, and automated production equipment. We welcome candidates with experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, automation, mechatronics, military maintenance, diesel technology, or other skilled trades.
