About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check quality, and make selections with care so that customers receive accurate, fresh groceries.

You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup or delivery. This includes bagging items carefully, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff to customers. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience.
