About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store to pick items, check quality, and make selections that meet customer expectations. You organize orders for pickup or delivery, bag items carefully, manage substitutions, and coordinate timely handoffs. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders in a steady, fast-paced store environment.

This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunity. Starting rates are no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in different store areas.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy and adapt to changing order volume and priorities.

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
