About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking product quality, and making selections that meet customers’ expectations for accurate, fresh groceries. You also keep orders organized and ready for pickup by carefully bagging items, managing substitutions, and coordinating orders for timely handoff. The work involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality checks and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort with continuous movement, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in different store areas.
• Clear and professional communication when assisting with pickup orders.
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and accuracy, and adapt to changing order volume and priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.
