About The Position

As an In-Store Shopper, also called a Drive Up & Go Clerk, you select high-quality products for customers who shop online. You move throughout the store picking items, checking quality, and making selections that meet customers’ expectations. You keep orders organized and ready for pickup, bag items carefully, manage substitutions when needed, and coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers. The role involves shopping, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup in a steady, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the store and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items across perishable and non-perishable departments for online orders.
• Check product quality and ensure order accuracy.
• Bag items carefully and keep orders organized for pickup or delivery.

• Identify out-of-stock items and select appropriate substitutions.
• Coordinate orders and pickup handoffs with customers and team members.
