About The Position

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is hiring in-store representatives to promote HVAC services at partner national home improvement retail stores in Covington, Collierville, and Memphis, Tennessee, and Olive Branch, Mississippi. Representatives introduce shoppers to HVAC services, tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions; educate customers; build brand awareness; and schedule in-home consultations or services. This is an in-store role, not door-to-door sales. The posted schedule is 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, with weekends required; part-time and full-time schedules are available. Pay is $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with stated average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour including commission. Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance while representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Face-to-face sales experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent ARS as a professional and enthusiastic brand ambassador in retail stores.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and home comfort improvements to shoppers.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations and HVAC tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
