About The Position

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning, part of American Residential Services (ARS), is hiring an in-store representative to promote residential HVAC services in national home improvement retail stores. The role introduces homeowners to services such as HVAC tune-ups and replacements, indoor air quality solutions, and in-home consultations. It supports lead generation, brand awareness, customer education, and appointment scheduling; it is not door-to-door canvassing. The position is based in Southfield, Michigan, with other listed locations in Allen Park, Westland, Woodhaven, and Canton. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with hours available Monday through Sunday and at least one weekend day required. Pay is $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission; the posting describes average earning potential of $20–$30 per hour with commission. The employer offers weekly direct deposit and paid training. Requirements

Positive, energetic personality and strong people skills.
Comfort approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment and supporting lead-generation efforts.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.
Clean, professional appearance while representing the ARS brand.
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Nice To Haves

Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Represent ARS as a professional and enthusiastic retail brand ambassador.
