About The Position
The NASCAR Racing Experience is seeking sales individuals to support its team during on-track events at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Representatives help customers purchase and upgrade racing experiences at the track. This is an ongoing seasonal opportunity with multiple events available. Applicants are asked to be able to commit to at least half of the listed Charlotte event dates. Additional dates may be available through travel team opportunities; travel allowance and per diem are compensated, with hotel accommodations provided when traveling.
Requirements
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
- Ability to remain upright on one's feet for sustained periods.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to commit to at least half of the listed Charlotte event dates.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process sales using a Point of Sale system and credit card terminals while following company policies and procedures.
- Sell apparel at the trackside souvenir stand.
- Complete customer check-in.
- Take guest photos.
- Assist with opening and closing functions when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs.
- Help customers purchase and upgrade racing experiences at on-track events.
