About The Position

The In-Shop Team Member greets customers, takes orders, prepares sandwiches quickly and accurately, operates the register, and helps keep the shop clean and running smoothly. The role is based at Store 113 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. No experience is needed; training is provided. Pay is $12.00–$14.00 per hour, plus tips. Scheduling is flexible. Full-time roles are 30 or more hours per week; part-time roles under 30 hours per week are not eligible for benefits.

Requirements

• Must be 16 or older.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers in English, both in person and when taking phone orders.
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
• Prepare sandwiches according to recipes, quickly and accurately.
• Operate the register and handle payments accurately.
• Keep tables, floors, stations, and restrooms clean.
• Complete shift checklists honestly and completely.
