About The Position
The In-Shop Team Member serves customers at a Jimmy John's shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders in person and by phone, preparing sandwiches quickly and accurately according to recipes, operating the register, and keeping the shop clean and running smoothly. The posting notes that no prior experience is needed because training is provided. Pay is $12.00–$14.00 per hour, plus tips. Scheduling is flexible. Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate clearly with customers in English, in person and by phone.
- Be comfortable standing throughout the shift, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
