About The Position
The In-Shop Team Member greets customers, takes orders, prepares sandwiches quickly and accurately, operates the register, and helps keep the shop clean and running smoothly. The role offers flexible scheduling, training, and free meals during each shift. The franchisee operates more than 100 Jimmy John's stores across seven states and promotes from within.
Requirements
- Must be 16 or older.
- Able to communicate clearly with customers in English, both in person and by phone.
- Able to remain on your feet throughout the shift, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
- Prepare sandwiches according to recipes, quickly and accurately.
- Operate the register and handle payments accurately.
- Keep tables, floors, stations, and restrooms clean.
- Complete shift checklists honestly and completely.
