About The Position

The In-Shop Team Member greets customers, takes orders, prepares sandwiches quickly and accurately according to recipes, operates the register, and keeps the shop clean and running smoothly. The role offers flexible scheduling and training; no prior experience is needed. Full-time work is defined as 30 or more hours per week, while part-time roles are under 30 hours per week.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate clearly with customers in English, both in person and when taking phone orders.
• Be comfortable standing for the entire shift, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person and by phone.
• Make sandwiches according to recipes, quickly and accurately.
• Run the register and handle payments accurately.
• Keep tables, floors, stations, and restrooms clean.
• Complete shift checklists honestly and completely.
