About The Position
The In-Shop Team Member greets customers, takes orders, and prepares sandwiches quickly and accurately according to recipes. Team members also operate the register, keep the shop clean and running smoothly, and complete shift checklists. The position is in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, at Store 2250. The listed pay is $12.00–$14.00 per hour, plus tips. Flexible scheduling is available, and the employer provides free meals during each shift. No experience is needed; training is provided. Full-time positions are 30 or more hours per week and include medical, dental, vision, and a retirement plan with employer match. Part-time roles under 30 hours per week are not eligible for those benefits. The company states that many store and corporate leaders began as part-time In-Shop or Driver team members and that it promotes from within across more than 100 stores in seven states.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate clearly with customers in English, both in person and when taking phone orders.
- Be comfortable standing for the entire shift, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
