About The Position

An In-Seat Server provides professional, efficient food and beverage service during arena events, helping ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to. The role includes greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, responding to guest needs, and maintaining event service standards and a high level of hospitality. In-Seat Servers coordinate with kitchen and event staff to deliver orders promptly and uphold the quality and ambiance of the event. The position pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour and is tip eligible. The position will remain open until December 31, 2026.

Requirements

• A high school diploma, G.E.D., or related food service job experience.
• Acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings.
• Ability to safely walk up and down stairs while carrying food and beverage items.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently as needed.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests.
• Ability to contribute to a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the menu and any special items being offered.
• Provide quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service, communicating clearly with guests.
• Ensure food is served at the proper temperature and promptly when available from the kitchen, as ordered.
• Present all ordered items neatly and without spills.
• Remain visible and attentive throughout events.
• Maintain availability to work during many peak periods.
• Respond promptly to customer desires and requests.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
• Use the POS system to place orders and collect payment.
• Coordinate with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and the guest dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of bar offerings to answer patron questions accurately.
