About The Position
The In Room Dining Sweeper supports the Room Service Server by removing tray tables, setting, cleaning, clearing, and bussing room service tables, and completing guest requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division and reports to the In Room Dining Management Team. Applicants must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. The position follows a casual schedule based on operational needs and is physically active. The stated hourly rate is $28.53.
Requirements
- Must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
- Tuberculosis clearance.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and set up room service tray tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware unobtrusively according to Four Seasons standards.
- Keep guest corridors and service landings free from tray tables and debris.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Stock linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service.
- Assist with preparing smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
- Assist Room Service Servers with tray table removal, room-service table setup and clearing, and guest requests.
