About The Position

The In Room Dining Server provides warm, professional, and efficient service to hotel guests, ensuring their meals are timely and enjoyable. The role includes answering questions about menu items, delivering food and beverages accurately, and checking orders for quality and correct presentation. Servers follow outlet service standards and food safety and sanitation policies while working collaboratively with the team. This is a casual/on-call overnight position at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess.

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.

• Adherence to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pick up orders efficiently from the kitchen.
• Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of setup.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
