About The Position
Lead the In Room Dining department in its daily work and create a team atmosphere. Supervise and work alongside the In Room Dining team of servers to deliver a consistent, quality product to guests.
Requirements
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds or more.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Answer the phone within three rings.
- Participate in select guest morning beverage and daily amenity deliveries.
- Maintain knowledge of the food menu and wine list.
- Know and adhere to all liability laws.
- Print reports at the end of the shift and bank out.
- Attend designated staff meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with setting up orders.
- Supervise and work alongside the In Room Dining team of servers.
