About The Position

The In-Room Dining Supervisor oversees in-room dining service and helps ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly according to guest specifications. The role supports staff training and development, inventory management, customer service, scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties. The supervisor inspects guest-room and hallway areas to ensure trays and dishes are collected promptly, checks daily setups and presentations, and maintains high service, cleanliness, and attention-to-detail standards. The position also involves creating memorable guest experiences and performing additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Computer skills.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to stand and maintain mobility for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during a shift.
• Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi-regular basis.
