About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and Club is hiring a full-time In-Room Dining Server for its Food and Beverage Team. The role focuses on delivering food and beverage orders while creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive hospitality. The posted pay rate is $16.90 per hour, based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Eligible new hires may receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months of continuous employment; the offer applies only to new applicants and is not available retroactively to previous applicants or candidates.

Responsibilities

Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the meal experience special.
Set up room service trays and tables in advance to support timely order delivery.
Assist with taking orders and respond to room service phone calls.
Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver them to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker.
Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
