About The Position
The In-Room Dining Server at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, delivers room service orders promptly and provides guests with an outstanding in-room dining experience. The role involves preparing and presenting meals before delivery, including garnishing dishes, brewing coffee, tossing salads, and portioning desserts. The server provides warm, attentive service and responds to guest requests while supporting Room Service operations and assisting team members as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Room Service orders promptly to guest rooms and ensure items meet presentation standards.
- Greet guests warmly during deliveries and help provide a seamless in-room dining experience.
- Garnish and decorate dishes, brew coffee, toss salads, and portion desserts before delivery.
- Respond to guest needs and requests with attentive, friendly service.
- Complete side work tasks supporting Room Service operations and assist team members as needed.
