About The Position

The In-Room Dining Coordinator supports the department by answering phones, taking in-room dining orders, preparing amenities, and coordinating departmental workflow to provide seamless and timely guest service. The ideal candidate is kind, helpful, highly organized, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred. This is a casual position.

Requirements

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB Clearance and Food Handlers Certificate required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar setting.
• Previous Point of Sale System experience.
