About The Position
The In-Room Dining Coordinator supports the department by answering phones, taking in-room dining orders, preparing amenities, and coordinating departmental workflow to provide seamless and timely guest service. The ideal candidate is kind and helpful, highly organized, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred. This is an on-call position.
Requirements
- Previous Food & Beverage service experience required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- TB Clearance and Food Handlers Certificate required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar setting preferred.
- Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred.
