About The Position

Guest Service Experts help create memorable and distinctive dining experiences for guests. They provide a range of services that may include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. They make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

Employees are expected to help maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. The role involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; reading and visually verifying menu information; and performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. Other reasonable job duties may be requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No supervisory experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No license or certification is listed as required.
