About The Position

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a highly motivated In-House Marketing and Concierge Professional to work at its resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This role promotes and books vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages for eligible owners, guests, and visitors. It also provides concierge assistance by recommending local dining and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities. The representative distributes approved promotional information, delivers excellent customer service, maintains a professional company image, and assists with implementing and tracking marketing programs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, sales-related marketing, concierge work, or optional tour and activity sales.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and the ability to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
• Thorough understanding of the area and ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.

Responsibilities
