About The Position

The In House Marketing Rep is responsible for booking eligible tours by phone and face to face, and selling mini-vacation packages to HGV and Bluegreen resorts to generate potential revenue. The Marketing Executive responds to guest requests in a timely manner and represents Hilton Grand Vacations professionally at participating hotel properties. The role includes meeting marketing performance metrics, promoting courtesy tours, securing future business, selling point-of-sale packages, confirming appointments, and supporting marketing initiatives. The position requires work on weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and other days or hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal performance metrics and face-to-face marketing expectations.
• Meet or exceed marketing metric expectations.
• Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility requirements for gifts or promote a courtesy tour, and complete strategy-related tasks.
• Provide Hilton quality customer care across all marketing channels.
• Secure future business through face-to-face tours.
• Sell point-of-sale packages.
• Distribute only HGV-authorized information, collateral, and materials.
• Maintain location operating standards and follow gifting procedures.
• Safely drive a golf cart around the property.
• Assist with tour- or marketing-related issues.
• Confirm guest appointments to support tour reservations and improve show rates.
• Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered.
• Build and develop a motivated team environment in the field.
• Carry out reasonable requests from management.
