Requirements
- Must have the ability to establish rapport with guests and project an outgoing, welcoming personality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome families and greet guests in the lobby and provide friendly, consistent customer service.
- Provide informative and friendly assistance with the check-in process.
- Always maintain a professional and approachable demeanor and anticipate guest needs proactively.
- Offer expert knowledge about our resort amenities and local attractions.
- Enter tour guest information into the computer accurately and quickly.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they pick up their assigned tours.
- Assist sales departments when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
