About The Position

As an In-House Marketing Greeter, you will be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive at resort properties. The role focuses on bringing positive energy, welcoming travelers, starting conversations, and creating a strong first impression that encourages guests to visit the marketing desk. You will engage with guests face-to-face, promote opportunities to meet with the concierge team, share information about resort services and promotions, and direct guests to marketing desk locations. The position pays $20.00 per hour, with hourly base pay plus commissions and an annual bonus.

Requirements

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to work a full shift walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Energetic, outgoing, socially confident, influential, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome travelers and create a positive first impression.
• Engage face-to-face with guests staying at resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with the concierge team.
• Educate guests about available services and direct them to Marketing Desk locations.
• Share promotional material and provide information about how guests and visitors can participate in resort promotions.
• Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors seeking information about promotions.
