About The Position

A Greeter with Hilton Grand Vacations welcomes guests, provides customer service and general location information, and directs guests to marketing desk locations. The role advises visitors about available services, points them to the Marketing Desk, shares promotional materials, distributes Hilton Grand Vacations-authorized marketing information, and assists customers with general inquiries.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person, over email, and on the telephone.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and verbal presentation skills and the ability to persuade others and overcome objections.
• Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to multitask and balance priorities.
