Greeter Marketing In House
About The Position
As an In House Marketing Greeter, you will welcome guests arriving at resort properties, create a positive first impression, and encourage them to visit the marketing desk. The role involves engaging with travelers in a social, fast-paced environment and helping guests learn how to connect with the resort’s concierge team and participate in promotions. The position offers an hourly rate of $15, plus commission and bonuses governed by a compensation plan. The reasonably expected annual hourly-plus-bonus pay range is $30,000–$65,000. Requirements
- At least six months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest-relations, and in-person etiquette skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to work a full shift walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Engage face-to-face with guests staying at resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with the concierge team.
- Educate guests about available services, direct them to Marketing Desk locations, and share promotional material.
- Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors seeking information on how to participate in resort promotions.
