About The Position

As an In-House Marketing Greeter, you will be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive at the resort. The role focuses on welcoming travelers, starting conversations, creating a positive first impression, and encouraging guests to visit the marketing desk. You will engage with resort guests in person, share information about services and promotions, and direct them to marketing desk locations and opportunities to meet with the concierge team. The position offers an hourly base rate plus commissions and an annual bonus.

Requirements

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest-relations, and in-person etiquette skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to walk and stand for a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Energetic, outgoing, positive attitude, and ability to influence people in a social, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with guests staying at resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with the concierge team.
• Educate guests about available services, direct them to Marketing Desk locations, and share promotional materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors seeking information about participating in resort promotions.
• Welcome travelers, start conversations, and help create a positive first impression.
