About The Position

The In House Carpenter and Painter executes renovation work on residential and commercial properties damaged by events such as fires or floods. The role spends substantial time in the field completing projects and interacting with property owners and subcontractors. Team members help restore communities, build trusted relationships, listen actively, and contribute to successful project completion. After training, the position offers autonomy to manage schedules and pursue opportunities to improve skills.

Requirements

Self-motivation to achieve results.
Expertise in Sheetrock installation and repair, taping, and painting.
Carpentry skills in trim installation, flooring, tile work, and framing.
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
Ability to use personal protective equipment when required.
Ability to stand or walk, and occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
