Requirements

Expertise in Sheetrock installation and repair, taping, and painting.
Carpentry skills for installing trim, flooring, and tile, and for framing.
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
Ability to stand or walk; occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequently use personal protective equipment.
Self-motivation to achieve results.
