About The Position

MRS Holdings / Metro Renovations is seeking a motivated and energetic In-Home Sales Consultant to join its growing team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The company specializes in bathroom renovations and provides homeowners with products, craftsmanship, and customer service.

The consultant meets with homeowners who have requested information about the company’s products and services. Using the company’s sales process and technology-driven presentation tools, the consultant helps customers design bathroom renovations that suit their needs and budget. This is a field-based, performance-driven sales position with pre-qualified leads and sales support.

Compensation includes a $40,000 annual base salary, uncapped commissions, and stated annual earning potential of $150,000 or more. Paid training, ongoing sales development, and opportunities for career growth are offered.
