About The Position

The role involves meeting homeowners in their homes to understand their vision and budget, guiding them to suitable flooring solutions, and closing sales using a consultative approach. This includes working with company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of in-home/outside flooring sales experience
- Knowledge of hardwood and LVP flooring
- A hunter's mentality paired with strong relationship-building instincts
- Sharp communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort presenting and speaking with confidence in front of clients
- Self-motivation, coachability, and a competitive drive
- Comfort with basic sales tracking/reporting tools
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments
Responsibilities
- Meet homeowners in their space to understand their vision and budget.
- Guide customers to the flooring solution that fits their needs.
