In-Home Physician Full Time - Danville-Martinsville, VA
About The Position
Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a full-time physician to provide in-home health evaluations in the Danville-Martinsville, Virginia area. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with health plan members and helping connect them with care suited to their needs. Visits typically last about 45 minutes and include a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests when ordered by the member’s health plan. Physicians use an iPad and clinical workflow and are not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or change a member’s current treatment regimen. The physician may conduct virtual visits as needed and must be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states as needed. The primary workplace is members’ private residences, which may contain pets, secondhand smoke, airborne allergens, or other irritants. The position also involves providing Signify Health services, including diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screening. The position is full time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The stated pay range is $110.00–$110.00. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in the coverage area(s).
- Ability to comfortably and safely perform duties in members’ homes, which may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, airborne allergens, or other irritants.

Responsibilities
