About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring an In-Home Nurse Supervisor to oversee and support home-based nursing care. Requirements

• Active RN license and graduation from an approved nursing program.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience within the last 3 years.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A passion for helping nurses succeed and families receive excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and reassessment visits for clients.
• Coach, mentor, and support field nurses.
