About The Position
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join its In-Home team in Ava, Missouri, and surrounding areas. The nurse provides high-quality care and support to adult and senior clients in their homes, including admission assessments, reassessments, and nursing visits. The role is part-time and pays $25–$35 per visit. Home care experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Missouri.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills.
- Strong, compassionate customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Complete admission assessments and reassessments for the in-home caregiver population.
- Provide nursing visits for adults and seniors, including taking vital signs, medication management, monthly diabetic nail care, and laboratory work.
- May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services.
- Provide instruction and education on medication.
- Demonstrate good time management and attention to detail, and work as a self-starter.
