About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join its In-Home team in Ava, Missouri, and surrounding areas. The nurse provides high-quality care and support to adult and senior clients in their homes, including assessments, nurse visits, medication-related support, and education. The role offers part-time availability and pays $25–$35 per visit. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Missouri.
Strong organizational and self-management skills.
Strong, compassionate customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Home care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Complete admission assessments and reassessments for the In-Home caregiver population.
Conduct nurse visits for adults and seniors, including taking vital signs, medication management, monthly diabetic nail care, and labs.
May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services.
Provide instruction and education about medication.
Manage time effectively and work in a detail-oriented, self-starting manner.
