About The Position

As an In-Home Furniture Repair Technician, you will repair products across RH’s assortment of furniture and accessories to ensure they meet quality standards. This is a client-facing role that involves visiting clients in their homes within an assigned territory. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are important to providing first-class service.

Requirements

• Demonstrate teamwork, ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform touch-up repairs on wood, leather, and fabric; apply coatings and finishes to surfaces such as metal, stone, marble, and concrete; and knowledge of framing and furniture construction methods.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to provide first-class customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Ability to visit clients within an assigned geographic territory.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items weighing at least 75 lbs.
