The role includes analyzing damage, repairing wood and upholstery, restoring finishes, matching colors, and performing leather touch-up and upholstery repairs. Requirements

Punctuality and regular attendance.
Ability to work one weekend day per week.
Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move furniture weighing up to 100 pounds.
Ability to regularly walk, bend, twist, climb, carry, push, pull, crouch, and kneel while inspecting and repairing furniture.

Responsibilities

Analyze furniture damage.
Replace color, fill damage, replace grain, and remove scratches.
Repair dents, gouges, deep scratches, burn marks, broken corners, and edges.
Use sandpaper and compounds to remove scratches, raise or lower sheen, and restore dull finishes.
Use burn-in sticks, epoxy fillers, sandpaper, and adhesives.
Replace parts and repair wood and upholstered furniture.
Perform leather touch-up and upholstery repair.
Inspect and repair furniture.
