In-Home Female Exercise Specialist

About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour plus performance bonuses. The specialist designs personalized training programs, coaches clients, monitors their progress, and manages sessions using the GYMGUYZ App and other mobile or web apps. Training is conducted without a traditional gym setting, and the role includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities for growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. This franchise is independently owned and operated. Applications go directly to the franchisee, which makes all hiring decisions.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Hold CPR/AED certification.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Successfully complete a background check and drug screen as part of hiring and onboarding.

Manage the training schedule efficiently.
