About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to provide mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible part-time to full-time scheduling, autonomy, and a flow of clients without gym rent or sales quotas. The specialist will deliver personalized training, support clients in reaching their goals, and use the GYMGUYZ App and other digital tools to manage programs, sessions, client notes, and communication. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour plus performance bonuses, with opportunities for growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct client reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage the training schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track their results, and celebrate their progress.
Collaborate with the team.
