About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and provides clients directly to the trainer without gym rent or sales quotas. The trainer will design personalized programs, conduct reassessments, manage their schedule, and motivate clients while tracking their progress. Training sessions and client management are supported by the GYMGUYZ app and other mobile and web apps. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, with performance bonuses and growth opportunities. The role includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, recertification discounts, recognition programs, and potential advancement into Master Trainer and leadership roles. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Successfully complete a background check and drug screen as part of hiring and onboarding.
