About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible part-time to full-time scheduling and compensation of $35–$45 per hour, plus performance bonuses. Trainers work autonomously without gym rent or sales quotas, while receiving clients through the GYMGUYZ brand and support from a nationwide fitness network. The specialist will create and deliver personalized training programs, conduct reassessments, manage scheduling and client communication through mobile and web apps, and help clients track progress and achieve their goals. GYMGUYZ offers paid onboarding, ongoing development, recertification discounts, recognition programs, and opportunities to advance into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
