About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to provide mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive clients through the business and work with autonomy rather than relying on gym walk-ins or sales quotas. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, and potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The specialist will deliver personalized, high-energy training sessions, design and reassess client programs using the GYMGUYZ App, manage scheduling, and track and celebrate client progress. Trainers are expected to work professionally with clients and the team and represent GYMGUYZ’s values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE).

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy training sessions at clients’ homes and on-site locations.
Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct client reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage the training schedule efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate progress.
Collaborate with the team.
