About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and a client base provided through the franchise. The specialist will create personalized training programs, conduct reassessments, manage client schedules and records with mobile and web apps, and motivate clients while tracking their progress. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, and potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. This franchise is independently owned and operated. Applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee, and employment inquiries should be directed to the franchise location.

Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
CPR/AED certification.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions.
Comfort using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
