Female Exercise Specialist

About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a Female Exercise Specialist to provide mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible part-time to full-time scheduling, autonomy, and clients provided through the business, without gym rent or sales quotas. The specialist will use the GYMGUYZ App and other mobile or web apps to deliver and manage training, communicate with clients, and track results. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, and potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
- Be CPR/AED certified.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
- Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
- Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage schedules efficiently.
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
- Collaborate with the team.
